No-Shows
What if someone doesn't show up?
It's the most common worry. Here's the answer: almost no one does — and we built it that way on purpose.
Coffee Date no-show rate. Both sides paid. Both sides showed.
How the deposit works
Both sides pay the 599,000₫ scheduling fee before the meeting is locked in. The fee is only released after both people arrive.
If they don't show
Tell us right away. After we verify, your fee is returned and you receive a free reschedule on your next match.
A 15-day freeze
A no-show forfeits their deposit and pauses their account for 15 days.
After three: account disabled
A third no-show disables the account entirely. Reactivating requires paying the full profile activation fee again.
